Septic Permit Instructions
1. All pages in the application packet MUST be filled out completely. "See Attached" will NOT be accepted.
2. Applications are to be turned into the County Judge's office and must be accompanied by $310.00 application/inspection fee.
3. Applicant must contact Al Hamrick, Mills County On-Site Sewage Inspector, at (325) 372-1751 at least five (5) working days prior to desired inspection date. Al Hamrick's business hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm.
4. No refunds of fees are granted.
