Half Day (4 Hours or Less): $50.00
Full Day ( 4 to 8 Hours): $100.00
Deposit:
$150.00
A deposit is required upon execution of the agreement. All deposits will be returned within thirty (30) days of the event, less any fees incurred for cleaning and/or damage to the premises. Further, if keys are not returned as specified in the agreement, the deposit will be forfeited, without regard to cleaning or damage, and the Responsible Party executing the agreement may be responsible for additional damages.
